Set at the southernmost tip of Baja California, Cabo San Lucas is legendary for big-game fishing and the ensuing beach side revelry after netting them. Now, Cabo enjoys a reputation as Mexico's most elite resort destination.

Cabo San Lucas, with its large marina and beautiful bay where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean, is famous for its casual atmosphere and exciting nightlife. Cabo San Lucas also has great beaches, lots of shopping and restaurants, whale watching and a variety of hotels and resorts, Known for its famous stone arch, called El Arco, a magnificent natural rock formation at Land’s End. Cabo San Lucas' long sandy main beach, El Medano, is the place for swimming and water sports, with lots of fun restaurants in the sand, world-class golf and postcard perfect views. A popular port of call for cruise ships along the Mexican Riviera, the city is also a popular destination for Spring Break and a hideaway for the rich and famous.

In conjunction with a local development company, MTF Holdings, Stilo has an investment in the development of two destination resort properties with beach frontage on Medano Bay.  Stilo's primary responsibilities for the projects was to ascertain the necessary entitlements for the projects, including but not limited to, zoning, desalinization permits, sewer and electric services and tourist certifications from the local and national agencies.

The group expects to complete these developments somewhere between 2012 and 2014 as global economies recover and international tourism regains momentum.

Medano is the most popular beach in Cabo San Lucas for many reasons, but most importantly because its protected cove offers safe swimming with little current and few waves.  It is within walking distance of downtown, but visitors need not leave the beach for services, as it is lined with hotels, bars and restaurants. Rentals for jet skis, kayaks body boards, and banana boats are readily available, as are activities such as water skiing, para sailing and volleyball. Snorkeling and dive trips to sites near El Arco are easily arranged.

The property is perfectly situated along "resort row" and has easy access to the coastal highway yet walking distance to the area's most popular shops, restaurants and other attractions.
 Medano Acantilados

The construction of Los Cabos International Airport near San Jose del Cabo in the '80s brought the area within reach of vacationers who did not have time for the six day drive from the U.S. border to the Cape and back. The establishment of a water pipeline between San Jose and San Lucas further loosened the limits on development. Los Cabos, as the area became known, stretched from Cabo San Lucas through the Resort Corridor 20 miles to the northeast to San Jose del Cabo. Today, Los Cabos is booming and is currently the second fastest growing resort community in the country.

MTF Holdings is the owner-operator of the famed D'Giorgio restaurant that's sits on a cliff overlooking the bay.  Popular for its excellent cuisine and tiered pools that offer truly memorable views of the sunsets and famed "Hole in the Arch" that juts out into the sea at the tip of the peninsula.

Guests at Medano Acantilados will have preferred access to this highly desirable venue.
